1. A message comes in

Scott sends a request by Telegram, the Roger app, or the G-Man voice relay. Roger reacts right away, then decides what it is.

2. Roger sorts it

A plain question gets answered in chat. A choice for Scott becomes a worksheet. Real work becomes a task in the queue.

3. The queue pusher launches it

Every ten minutes the pusher picks the top task and starts a headless builder, as long as fewer than four are running.

4. A checker reviews it

A fresh job re-runs the tests, looks at screenshots and scans for secrets. Only a PASS reaches Scott.

5. Ready for you

Everything lands on staging first. Scott taps the link, tries the checks, and says go live.
